We recently hosted the very first of our ‘Persuasion and Response’ workshop series in April at our Experience Centre, led by our group creative director Julian Gratton across two sessions across the day. The persuasion and response techniques covered email (eCRM), shopper marketing campaigns, online advertising, social and traditional advertising.
Subjects across the day’s sessions included; perfecting briefs and propositions, adapting the written word to be more persuasive and looking at design tricks to make people scroll, click and ultimately buy as well as tools clients can use to help them unlock ideas.
Julian has over 20 years working with clients on persuasion and response techniques, as well as the psychology of advertising and direct response to help make the most of their marketing spend.
