Weʼre raising £20,000 to help fund music as a therapy for dementia

Nick Snelson our group managing director, his 3 colleagues John Holmes, Stephen Goodall and Dave Barratt, are cycling over 600 miles from La Rochelle, France to Cheadle in the UK to help fund music as a therapy.

Providing musical instruments and employing music therapy specialists to encourage patients to play and sing along, comes at a cost that many charities cannot sustain. We want to raise enough money to provide more musical instruments, more music therapy sessions and more music therapists to sit on a one to one basis with dementia sufferers and transform our miles into smiles.

Follow their journey on Twitter by visiting @aps_group and use the #APSTour! It will commence on Sunday 28th May 2017 in La Rochelle, France and finish on Sunday 4th June 2017 in Cheadle, UK.
