APS have recruited experienced retail marketing expert Mike Mikyska to the role of Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation. Mike will be based out of the APS North America headquarters in Boston, MA and adds a huge amount of experience to the team.

From managing promotional and in-store marketing campaigns for Kraft brands including Kool-Aid, Post Cereal and Capri Sun to his most recent role as Managing Director of Innerworkings, Irvine Retail Solutions where he managed global clients such as Nestle, Energizer, Unilever, Burt’s Bees and others.  Mike brings a vast range of expertise in the global retail marketing execution and business unit management. Additionally, he also led the business development and client services function for his company DB Studios located in Irvine, California which was acquired by Innerworkings in 2013 after several years of phenomenal growth.

His role at APS will see him helping to drive the continued expansion of the North American region for APS as well as a wider global responsibility to deliver the Group’s retail marketing and POS strategy across many brands such as Hoya, Philips, BMW and O’Neill.
