We inputted the data from their legacy systems and tailored a mailing solution, which now produces full colour mortgage statements. We’ve implemented robust control methods to ensure brand consistency, compliance and governance. The print quality has been improved vastly as we took considerable steps to ensure colour matches. We’ve also established a great relationship with their data team, leading to an improved process.
Improving the whole process
We now produce on average 98,000 annual mortgage statements, which are released every January. Achieving our goals to improve the print quality, reduce the data turnaround time and enhance their statement branding. The next step of our project is to make the statements work harder by looking at what the white space can offer.
